That could work, maybe eventully she'll have her own album after things settle down a bit, but why would Rosie and her band be taking over for the cottars, instead of the other 2 who still go by cottars, unless that was when they were thinking that they didnt want to perform anymore...did that make sense? sorry Tia The question made perfect sense Tia...let's see if I can answer with perfect sense. It could be the MacGillivrays wanted to cancel the gig altogether, and the MacKenzies wanted to play it. From what I read on here, the MacKenzie Project got going quicker than the MacGillivray Cottars (if that is their name now) did. It apparently is a good gig, but maybe the MacGillivray Cottars didn't think they'd be ready, or didn't want to travel...or maybe Claire was busy that weekend. All those are guesses on my part, because I really don't know! I do think it makes more sense for at least ONE of them to play there, since they apparently got top billing. ;D

Good point mott. When I saw Rosie solo last year she was "representing" the Cottars since the whole group couldn't be there.
