"Tunes for the Mira" show
Sharing songs and playing tunes is an age-old tradition along the Mira River. It is also a tradition for many Cape Bretoners living away to take a trip to the Mira on visits home. Ciarán and Fiona MacGillivray of The Cottars grew up on the Mira River, so this will be a homecoming of sorts for them. They'll be bringing tunes from their new album, Feast, released earlier this year.
Also appearing: Brendan Power & Tim Edey, and Michael Hall & Joel Chiasson. Tickets are $20-$25.
