Here is a tale about the S.S. Watertown. The year was 1924 and this vessel was an oil tanker, sailing from California to New Orleans via the Panama Canal. One of the Watertown's tanks was being cleaned, when two shipmates were overcome by fumes, went overboard, and disappeared at sea. Or were they? The story (and a spooky photo) finishes here .... www.paranormalocean.com/does-water-enhance-paranormal-activity/ghost-faces-in-the-sea/The S.S. Watertown tragedy continues to be one of the most talked-about maritime mystery to this day.

I don't think I ever heard this one! Mind you, there's so so many various sea tales and hauntings around these parts that it's hard to keep one story straight from the other That photo was really creepy..makes you wonder if the photo was altered in any way, just a coincidence, or real evidence of paranormal activity...spooky indeed Cheers!
