Great news from Allister and Beverly this morning! Ciarán's parents are so proud!
They also shared Ciarán's email address should I want to send any good wishes or congrats.
Reply with your message and I will pass them on to Ciarán!

Congratulations to Ciaran! Hopefully this will lead to many more roles in the acting world if that's the path you choose to take. No matter which direction, you certainly have fans that will be happy to see you succeed in whatever way! _________________________________________________________________________________________ In other news, that sounds like a pretty awesome movie that I'm quite looking forward to seeing! I mean, any historical fiction film adaptation can be enjoyable to watch, but when it's a fantastically creepy story such as this one, I think it will be even better

He will really appreciate it, as he did mine. I learned that the movie will air on the Lifetime Channel. I found quite a few news items on the web about it, mostly mentioning that it stars Christina Ricci... www.thewrap.com/tv/article/lifetime-working-lizzie-borden-movie-96151 Joe

I haven't seen Ciaran appear yet, but I did recognize some other talent.
The actor who played Lizzie's father also played the role of cousin Jimmy on the TV series "Emily of New Moon" and the actor who played the judge was on the "Pit Pony" series as Mr Frawley the owner of the mine.

I watched the movie again, and I did see Ciaran! In about nine minutes in, he is in the party scene and greets Lizzie by saying her name. Lizzie responds with "Stanley Jeffries" (the name of Ciaran's character).

Thanks for the heads up on this. I hope the movie was good and somewhat accurate, though I know it is a movie.
It is on this Sunday (which is also the day something else is on TV), at 6 and 10PM CST. Not sure I will be able to watch any of it on Sunday, but I will schedule it and see what happens.

It seems that Ciaran is getting more into acting now , though so far his roles have been more so minor. Oh well , there are no small parts , only small actors , as they say. So I wish him well his his career . I remember seeing and enjoying his performance in "Copperheads". I just hope that this TV movie will not be too gratuitously gruesome. I some years before saw a horror movie that was somewhat based upon the Lizzie Borden murder case. m.imdb.com/title/tt0819363/plotsummary?ref_=m_tt_ov_pl , www.somethingawful.com/movie-reviews/curse-lizzie-borden/ Only I wish that I hadn't , given it's graphic violence . It wasn't rated , as I think that it was likewise a made for TV movie. But if it had been I think that it would have gotten an R. So I hope that any gore or bloodshed is kept to a tasteful minimum . As long as it's no more than what would be found in a PG-13 , so more so a mystery than a horror flick , I might see if I can watch a copy of it. P.S. It would also appear that Christina Ricci might be reverting back to her typecast role. For those whom might not know it , Christina Ricci has been known to portray spooky characters. www.fashionnstyle.com/articles/53986/20150327/christina-ricci-reveals-love-dark-twisted-characters-lizzie-borden-star-says-really-love-crazy-person.htm And based upon reviews I just read about it www.examiner.com/article/lizzie-borden-took-an-ax-lifetime-movie-is-panned-by-most-tv-critics , nypost.com/2014/01/21/lifetimes-lizzie-borden-a-hatchet-job/ , I am not sure if I will want to see this or not . I can only handle so much scenes of violence , given my highly sensitive personality hsperson.com/. No personal offense intended though. It's just that unlike Lizzie Borden , whom might or might not have committed murder in this fashion , and unlike the jury , I feel that a woman could potentially carry out such a murder , irrespective of her gender , I myself can not even stand to watch particularly heinous homicide being reenacted.
