Thank you all for your information. But the picture I have is not from a URL or website. It was taken with my own camera and is in "my pictures" file. How do I post it here?

I don't know if that is possible...I think the only (or at least easiest) way is for you to upload it to a website first (such as photobucket, or shutterfly) and then copy the URL link here...that's pretty much the only way members have uploaded photos in the past.

you can upload it to freewebs- or you can email someone here with it as an attachment and they can upload it for you
also you can upload it to flickr or webshots- so many places you can do it, but I reccomend photobucket
