Hi everyone! I play the fiddle and bodhran. My husband plays everything and anything. He started out playing drums when he was young, then picked up the guitar. He can also play bass, piano and some tin whistle, and just about any percussion instrument. He is also a wonderful singer. I think I married into the family Von-Trapp ;D Right now he is mostly playing Celtic guitar and singing. We play every Wednesday with another guitar player and an irish whistle player and enjoy playing Ceilidhs locally

My most recent new instrument-the piccolo. I didn't think at first that I'd make any progress, but I have, and I am attached to it. They're such cute little things Cheers, Ginny

Hi Ginny, That's great that you have learned the piccolo. ;D The Home Shopping Network advertised a Yahama guitar today. It's all electronic and has no strings. I wish I had a photo of it. It was demonstrated and it was set to sound like a piano, banjo, etc. It was so cool! Cheers Joe

and kinda picked up step dancing from watching others haha, I've done the same ... only a few basic steps though. I clog, which is similar to stepdancing. Some of the songs we dance to have stepdancing steps in them, so I've also learned a few steps that way. By the way, welcome to the forum cottarsfan! Cheers, Ginny
