I just saw an advertisement on TV for the Celtic Colours Fest...and Hayley was one of the artists they showed. I was rather surprised. I didn't think that she was that well-known up here, but I guess I was wrong. I wish I was going, but I'm not. Besides Hayley, it looks like there are some other really good musicians and artists performing. Who knows, maybe some of it will be broadcasted on TV or radio stations.
Cheers, Ginny

Ummm....I'm not sure. I have some friends in CB, so they may be going, but I don't know too many people who actually enjoy Cape Breton music enough to go. Hopefully I'll make it there sometime soon Cheers, Ginny

This is Hayley's newsletter for November 2006...here's a link to it www.hayley-westenra-international.com/dhtml-pages/html-2006/news/20061110_Hayley's%20Newsletter_November2006.html sorry...I had trouble w/ this link...you'll have to copy the link and paste it...also, remove the space between the h and the t in .html. It contains her account of her short stay in Cape Breton, her participation at Celtic Colours, and performing at the Glencoe Mills square dance! The middle photo is similar to the ones from Kimberely but none of them were from her. Joe
