I was going throught the lower end of the radio stations the other night and I heard gaelic music-fiddles, pipes, whistles the whole shabang. It was really great ;D. Then the next song was very much like the previous song but this time in French. I heard some more music just like this, but never had a chance to hear what the disc jockey had to say, I had turned off the radio. So now of course I have to try to find it again. But I am almost positive where the music originated from. I had a friend go up to Cape Breton and she brought back a ton of CD's of music from up there, one of course being the Cottars. A few of the CD's were in French and sounded very similar to what I hear on this radio station. So I found this interesting, if I find the radio station I will tell you, although being as this is New York some people may not be able to hear it, but often times these kind of shows play on other stations in other places.
I hope all is well with everyone. Talk to you all soon
