Hurricane Kyle makes landfall near Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the counties of Digby...Yarmouth...and Shelburne in southwestern Nova Scotia. A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect from Stonington Maine eastward to Eastport Maine...southern New Brunswick...and the remainder of southwestern Nova Scotia. A tropical storm watch is in effect for the remainder of Nova Scotia.
At 11PM ... Hurricane Kyle was near the New Brunswick/ Nova Scotia border, east of Saint John. Strong south winds are being experienced in eastern Nova Scotia from Lunenburg to Halifax, with gusts exceeding 40 mph / 65 km/h.
Rainfall totals of 50 to 75 millimetres with maximum amounts of 100 millimetres are possible over the extreme eastern portions New Brunswick...Nova Scotia...and Prince Edward Island through Monday morning.
The storm will weaken into a tropical storm as it passes over western Prince Edward Island during Monday morning. Kyle's path will continue north to Île d'Anticosti and into Labrador on Tuesday.

Apparantely its kinda nasty outside here now...I don't think we're supposed to get hit too bad, we've had worse. Hopefully Nova Scotia doesn't have too much damage either, there was a nice mess for them after Hurricane Juan hit five years ago...
