I agree, Joe. Their website is also outdated. Of course, that will probably change after the official anouncement in November!
I do have a myspace music account. I just don't want to ask them to be my friend, because it would be embarrassing. Their music is so much better than mine, and it would almost be beneath them to even look at my site.
God Bless, afanoffiona

Here's a photo I took in July, 1999 of Roseanne just after she performed at a church in Baddeck. My wife and I attended the ceilidh put on by fiddler Ray Ellis. He introduced Roseanne as one of his pupils. She was only 9 at the time and she stunned everyone with her talent. After, I asked her if I could take her photo and I told her that I wanted it because in the future she was going to be a big star. She looked just as cute then as she does now! (I altered the photo to sepia. It looks better than the digitized copy of the original.) Garth

Hello Garth! That is such a darling photo of Roseanne! I'm so proud of her. Her autograph hasn't changed much, either. When I met The Cottars last year and requested Roseanne's autograph, she asked me if I collected autographs. I told her "only of famous people" and oh, how she laughed! Here's Rosie's autograph from 2005: Thanks SO MUCH for sharing! It's so wonderful that you've been there for her in 1999 and for many, many years to come. Her future is so bright, I gotta wear shades ! Best regards, Joe

Their music is so much better than mine, and it would almost be beneath them to even look at my site. If I were you, I would ask them! Your music is wonderful...don't beat yourself down. I totally agree...I mean, come on, half the people who have them as friends on myspace probably don't even play instruments, let alone play as well as you do. Your music is amazing-I'm sure they'd enjoy hearing it. Also, they'd probably be flattered that you mentioned them as one of your main musical influences. I have a myspace page, but there isn't much on it yet, except a lot of sarcasm. However, once I make it pretty, I may just invite them to my friends list. As I said, your music is really good. Don't worry about being embarrased to add them to your friends. Cheers, Ginny

Hey Eveyone! Ya, Ciaran does look like his dad in that picture. I think is dad has a much bigger build then him, though. It still boggles my mind that this is a picture of Fiona. It is the same with her pictures in Forerunner. I was telling one of my friends at school how much I like Fiona, and how I have just about all of her recordings. Anyway, I happened to have my CD's with me, and I showed her Fiona's picture from On Fire. She thought she was a cute little girl. Then I showed her the picture from Forerunner, and all she could say is "oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!" It is amazing to see how all of them are growing up. It is just to bad Rosie and Jimmy had to split. BTW, Garth, that picture of Rosanne is AWESOME! Very, Very cute. I heard that Rosanne had studied under one of the best fiddle players in Cape Breton. Wow, is she young to be putting on a performance like that!!!!!!!! God Bless, afanoffiona

Hey Joe! Yah, that was absolutely amazing of Fiona. We all had a great time at the festival. We have alot of interesting stories from that festival; everyone else in the place being drunk and crazy Saturday night, and Rosanne knocking over a water bottle while she was playing, and flooding the back of the stage. It was a great time over all. God Bless, afanoffiona Perhaps she felt like doing a river dance, when she knocked over the water bottle.
